AGB / Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("AGB") apply to the paid listing of courses on the Scan Your Filler platform (www.scanyourfiller.com). The service provider and contracting party for paid listings is Marek Swietlik Handelsunternehmen (Inhaber: Marek Swietlik), Großer Burstah 23, 20457 Hamburg, Germany. By submitting a course and completing payment, the course provider ("Provider") accepts these Terms.

Scan Your Filler operates a curated directory for aesthetic medicine courses. The paid service consists of placing a course listing on the platform for a defined period:

• Launch Listing (€29): Listing visible until the course date or for a maximum of 90 days.
• Standard Listing (€59): Listing visible for 90 days with full course page and instructor profile.
• Featured Listing (€119): Listing visible for 90 days with preferred placement and "Featured" label.

All prices include 19% German VAT. Scan Your Filler is a directory service only — it does not sell course tickets, process participant registrations, or handle participant payments. Participants register and pay directly on the Provider's own external booking website.

The contract between Marek Swietlik Handelsunternehmen and the Provider is formed upon completion of the payment process (§ 145 BGB). The Provider submits course details via the submission form and is then redirected to the payment page. Upon successful payment, the listing is placed in the directory after editorial review.

The listing fee is due immediately upon contract formation and is paid via the integrated payment provider (Base44 Payments / Wix Payments). Upon successful payment, the Provider automatically receives an invoice by email to the address provided during checkout. The invoice is issued in accordance with § 14 UStG and contains:

• Full name and address of the issuing party (Marek Swietlik Handelsunternehmen)
• Recipient name and email address
• Sequential invoice number and invoice date
• Description of the service (course listing package)
• Net amount, VAT rate (19%), VAT amount, and gross amount

If the Provider is a business with a valid VAT ID and requires a corrected invoice under the reverse-charge procedure (§ 13b UStG), they should contact info@scanyourfiller.com after receiving the automatic invoice.

Every course listing is reviewed by the Scan Your Filler editorial team before publication. The team reserves the right to reject listings that do not meet quality standards, contain misleading claims, or violate applicable professional, advertising, or medical regulations. If a listing is rejected, the Provider will be notified and the listing fee will be refunded in full.

The Provider is a business (B2B transaction). The statutory right of withdrawal under § 312g BGB does not apply to contracts with entrepreneurs for services that have already begun with their express consent before the withdrawal period expires. As the listing service begins immediately upon payment and editorial review, the right of withdrawal is excluded for business customers (§ 312g Abs. 2 Nr. 1 BGB).

If the listing has not yet been published (rejected or still pending review), the Provider may request a full refund at any time before publication by contacting info@scanyourfiller.com.

The Provider warrants that:

• All submitted course details are accurate, current, and not misleading.
• The Provider is authorised to promote the listed course and has all necessary permissions.
• The course complies with applicable professional, advertising, data protection, and event regulations.
• The external booking link provided is functional and directs participants to the Provider's own registration page.
• The Provider is responsible for all aspects of course delivery, booking, payment, and cancellation — Scan Your Filler assumes no responsibility for these.

The listing is published for the duration specified in the selected package (up to 90 days, or until the course date for Launch listings). After expiration, the listing is automatically removed from the directory. The Provider may request early removal at any time; no pro-rata refund is granted for early removal. Scan Your Filler reserves the right to remove listings that violate these Terms or applicable law at any time.

Scan Your Filler and Marek Swietlik Handelsunternehmen are liable only for the listing placement service. They are not liable for the course itself, participant registration, payment processing between Provider and participant, or any aspect of course delivery. Liability for damages is limited to intent and gross negligence (§ 309 Nr. 7 BGB). The Provider indemnifies Scan Your Filler against claims by third parties arising from the Provider's course content or listing details.

The processing of personal data in connection with course listings and payments is governed by the platform's Privacy Policy (Datenschutzerklärung) pursuant to the GDPR.

These Terms are subject to the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). The place of jurisdiction is Hamburg, Germany (§ 38 ZPO). Should individual provisions be invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
